The International Relations Office at Wrocław Medical University organised the 2nd Erasmus Staff Week.

Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy IASI, Romania; Ternopil National Medical University and Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University, Ukraine; University of Debrecen, Hungary; University of Crete and University of Thessaly, Greece; Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Lithuania; University of Medicine Tirana, Albania, Caucasus International University, Georgia.
Erasmus Staff Week aims to promote intercultural dialogue, enhance professional development, and strengthen international cooperation among universities. It provides a platform for staff members to learn from each other, share innovative ideas, and develop new skills that can contribute to the internationalization of their institutions.
Here are some of the outcomes of our event:
1. Skill Enhancement: we prepared a variety of workshops and training sessions to upgrade staff skills.
2. Knowledge Exchange: the staff had the opportunity to share best practices and innovations.
3. Networking: building stronger relationships among staff from different departments.
4. Team Building: strengthening team cohesion through collaborative activities and social events.
5. Innovation and Creativity: brainstorming new ideas for university programs, services, and operations.
6. Cultural Awareness: Increasing awareness and appreciation for different cultures and perspectives.
7. Community Engagement: strengthening ties with the local community through outreach programs and collaborations.
8. Surveys and Assessments: gathering feedback on the effectiveness of Staff Week activities for continuous improvement.
9. Reflection and Planning: using feedback to plan future events and initiatives.
