Pros: Proximity to the city centre and Wrocław Medical University; excellent public transport links; the neighbourhood features a mix of historical buildings and modern developments; Botanical Garden nearby; numerous shops, cafes and restaurants.
Cons: Higher rental prices and varied property conditions.
Nadodrze
Pros: This area has seen significant gentrification and now offers a mix of modern and historic architecture; close to Wrocław Medical University and the city centre; good connection between the university and university’s hospital through tram/bus stops such as Pomorska and Dubois, 19 tram to the university and K bus to the hospital.
Cons: Some areas can still be in transition, so it's essential to check out the neighborhood.
Biskupin
Pros: Known for its green spaces; proximity to the Odra River; peaceful atmosphere; quite close to the university.

Stare Miasto (Old Town)
